A short personal publication about Werna, my mother's deceased friend after whom I was named. It is a search for Werna's character, life and relationship to me. The illustrations are based on stories my mother told about her. The cover is from the screen printing course which is based on one of Werna's old screen prints. Everything is printed in “Black and Blue” riso, the title of her screenprint.
